Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings
- Implement effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, investment management, corporate finance, accrual accounting, profit loss analysis, cost control, risk analysis, treasury management, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Proficient in financial software systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
